JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) held a hand arrest operation (OTT) in Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan on Wednesday, January 12 yesterday. Abu Janda then alluded to Basuki Tjahaja Purnama's 'kramat' message, which was the target of the Defend Islam action. "If you oppress me, you are fighting God, one by one you will be humiliated." AHOK EAT TUH #KARMA," said Abu Janda.

This message was conveyed by Ahok ahead of the judge's decision regarding the blasphemy case. Ahok was sentenced to 2 years in prison on May 9, 2017 for being proven guilty of blasphemy with a statement about Surat Al-Maidah 51 during a visit to Pramuka Island, the Thousand Islands.

"Declaring that the defendant Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) is legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act of blasphemy," said presiding judge Dwiarso Budi Santiarto reading out the verdict in Ahok's trial.
