Teenager With A Knife On Jalan Raya Bogor Arrested, Police Still Chasing Two Other Suspects
DEPOK - Police officers arrested one perpetrator of a gang brawl that occurred on Jalan Raya Bogor KM 29, Tugu, Cimanggis, Depok, on January 9. The brawl resulted in a teenager with the initials MRA (17) being hit by a sharp weapon with lacerations to his stomach and right hand.
The Head of Cimanggis Police, Kompol Ibrahim Joao Sadjab, said that the two groups were the Tipar Gang and the KM.29 Gang.
"By making an appointment through WA, for an invitation to brawl and after this incident they immediately went viral by doing a live (Instagram)," said Commissioner Ibrahim Joao Sadjab to reporters, Wednesday, December 13.
Ibrahim also revealed that the victim had to be rushed to the hospital because he was hit by a sharp weapon with lacerations to his stomach and right hand.
"The victim was hit by a sharp knife type weapon, and was immediately rushed to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital for more intensive treatment," he said.
As a result of slashing the sickle to the victim, continued Kompol Ibrahim, the victim received about 3-5 centimeters wounds on the abdomen and right hand.
Meanwhile, from the results of the examination, the main perpetrators of the stabbing were RM, (19) and M (20).
"We have detained the perpetrator RM at his home in the Pasar Rebo area, East Jakarta, two days after the incident. Meanwhile, M is still being chased (DPO)," he concluded.
"The role of the perpetrator is RM slashing the stomach and M now DPO slashing the hand. The suspect is subject to Article 170 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code with a criminal threat of 9 years in prison. The evidence seized was a large sickle nearly 1 meter long, and a cellphone," he said.
