The Attorney General's Office Examines Ten Witnesses Regarding Alleged Corruption In PT Asabri
JAKARTA - The Investigating Prosecutor's Team at the Directorate of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Attorney General's Office (JAM PIDSUS Kejagung) examined ten witnesses related to the alleged corruption case of PT Asabri (Persero).
Based on information received in Jakarta, Tuesday, the alleged corruption case of PT Asabri (Persero) is related to the management of finance and investment funds by PT Asabri (Persero) in several companies for the period 2012-2019. Therefore, a number of witnesses examined by the AGO came from investment companies.
The first witness who was examined had the initials BP as Fund Manager of PT Oso Manajemen Investasi and was investigated for transactions related to SUGI and BCIP shares at PT Oso Manajemen Investasi. Next is the witness of DPS as the President Director (Director) of Custody Bank who is being examined regarding bank custody.
"Witness RO as the President Director (Director) of PT Oso Investment Management was examined regarding the Investment Manager (MI) 'fee' and witness EH as Marketing of PT Millennium Danatama Sekuritas was examined regarding the pattern of share transactions between PT Millennium Danatama Sekuritas and PT Millenium Capital Management," said In addition, the witness with the initials KW as the representative of PT Anugrah Sekuritas Indonesia and the witness with the initials J as the Equity Sales of PT Korea Investments and Sekuritas Indonesia were examined in relation to transaction opponent RD Guru who is affiliated with the defendant Heru Hidayat and the defendant Benny Tjokrosaputro.
Furthermore, there were two witnesses from PT Asabri, namely IS as the Head of Equity Transactions Division at the Investment Division of PT ASABRI (Persero) and IFA as the Strategic Staff of Investment Analysis of the Portfolio Management Division of PT Asabri (Persero) who were examined regarding the suspect's case. Finally, witness TH as Director of Operations at PT Insight Investments Management was examined regarding the description of the use of the investment manager (MI) fee and confirmation of RD Guru's transaction data.
