House For Gala To Be Seized, Marissya Icha Raises Her Voice
JAKARTA - Marissya Icha straightened out the issue of house donations for the Gala which was reportedly about to be confiscated by the Ministry of Social Affairs. He explained that the meeting with the Ministry of Social Affairs would be turned into a virtual one.
In the closed meeting, Marissya Icha met with several Ministry of Social officials to tell about the series of donations made.
"After that, in the Zoom meeting there was the Director, there was the Head of Sub-Directorate as well. Then in the Zoom meeting there was a question from the Director at the Ministry of Social Affairs, namely the purpose of the collection method. I can explain who the people who donated, the account used, how long it took, whether the target has been achieved, which parties are involved," said Marissya Icha.
He also included some evidence of the use of PUB and the process went smoothly.
"Alhamdulillah, from the Zoom meeting I was able to explain and after that our business circulating about the Ministry of Social Affairs wanting to withdraw the Gala house was not true," said Marissya Icha.
"After clarification, there is no continuation of this issue and it is considered clear," said Ahmad Ramzy as Marissya Icha's lawyer.
Marissya said that the meeting with the Ministry of Social Affairs was also a form of education where when making a donation you were required to ask the relevant parties for permission.
"There are no sanctions. So the meeting didn't contain elements of a criminal act, so it was a clarification, education and socialization of the Ministry of Social's regulations," said Ahmad Ramzy.
According to him, the Ministry of Social Affairs actually appreciates what his client did for the children of the late Vanessa Angel and Aunt Ardiansyah.
"The Ministry of Social Affairs also appreciates what Mbak Marissya Icha has done in raising funds for our sister Gala," said Ramzy.
