Kane And Eriksen's Record Amidst Tottenham's Draw Results
JAKARTA - Harry Kane scored a late penalty to save Tottenham Hotspur from defeat. The 2-2 draw against bottom team Norwich City in the Premier League match, Saturday, December 29, had to settle for the captain's take home.
The England international marked his 200th Premier League appearance by scoring his 136th goal. He did it from the spot with seven minutes remaining at Carrow Road.
Mario Vrancic's first Premier League goal earlier put Norwich ahead in the first half. They even added advantage through Teemu Pukki if VAR did not cancel it.
Christian Eriksen's free kick at the start of the second half temporarily restored the confidence of Jose Mourinho's men. But, Serge Aurier even put the ball into his own net.
Jose Mourinho admits that he is frustrated by the many individual mistakes made by Tottenham's players. Even though Kane saved his team, the racist was not happy with what he saw.

"I think the defensive mistakes we made in the first half, we repeated in the second. It became a bit of our (bad) history," he told Sky Sports after the match.
"We started very, very well and had three or four big chances at the start of the first half and conceded two very bad goals - one of which was offside," continued the Portuguese.
Mou admits that he has a lot of work to do. But if the players keep making mistakes and don't work hard, it's going to be tough.
Tottenham have conceded 12 goals in eight league games since Mourinho replaced Mauricio Pochettino. Spurs have only recorded one clean sheet throughout 2019.

"We have to improve the defense because there are too many individual mistakes," added Mourinho.
Although disappointed, Mourinho praised Eriksen, who for the first time this season played as a starter. The Danish playmaker who was said to leave in January scored his eighth free-kick goal in his career in the Premier League.
"The only thing I can say is he is trying to help the team and I am happy with his game," said Mou. This draw puts Spurs in sixth place in the Premier League standings with 30 points.
