Complete Death Accident Case File, Tubagus Jody Driver Vanessa Angel Delegated To East Java Prosecutor's Office

SURABAYA - The East Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) declared complete (P21) the case file for the first stage of the case that killed artist Vanessa Angel and her husband, Febri Andriansyah.

The East Java Police are planning to hand over the second phase of files, namely, evidence and the suspect who is Vanessa's driver, Tubagus Muhammad Jody Pramas Setya, today, Monday, January 10.

The results of the black box will be in court," said Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, during a press conference at the Police Headquarters. East Java.

Gatot explained that the case file for Phase 1 had actually been transferred by the Jombang Police to the Prosecutor's Office since November 23, 2021. However, it was declared incomplete, alias P19. Finally, the instructions for implementing the P19 supplemental restraight system electronic control unit were carried out.

"It is being widely discussed that there is a black box. It is an electronic device that has been sent to Japan and has received a report on December 23, 2021," he said.

Furthermore, investigators from the Traffic Unit (Satlantas) of the Jombang Police conducted another examination. The case file for stage 1 is deemed to have fulfilled the requirements to be transferred to the local prosecutor's office. "Then the file was sent back to the prosecutor's office, on January 5 it was declared complete or P21," he said.

Meanwhile, Jombang Police Chief, AKBP Nur Hidayat said that his party had received approval from the suspect, Jody. The appointed attorney comes from the state.
