Survey Of Indicators: Prabowo, Ganjar And Anies Are Still The Most Chosen Candidates
JAKARTA - The Indonesian Political Indicators Survey Institute released the findings of a survey regarding the figure chosen by the most respondents as a presidential candidate.
As a result, Prabowo Subianto, Ganjar Pranowo, and Anies Baswedan are the most elected if the presidential election is held today. These three names have often dominated previous presidential candidate surveys.
In the simulation of 33 names of figures without including Joko Widodo's name, Prabowo ranks highest with 22.4 percent electability, Ganjar gets 18.0 percent and Anies Baswedan gets 15.8 percent.
"Pak Prabowo is still ranked first, then Ganjar, then Anies. These three names reach 19 (percent) and above," said Executive Director of Indicators Burhanuddin Muhtadi in a virtual survey presentation, Sunday, January 9.
Below him, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono was chosen by 6.1 respondents, then Ridwan Kamil 4.1 percent, Sandiaga Uno 3.6 percent, Ma'ruf Amin 2.7 percent, Tri Rismaharini 2.3 percent, and a number of other names. which is under 2 percent.
Then, another simulation of 19 semi-open names was carried out for the election of presidential candidates. As a result, Prabowo, Ganjar, and Anies are still the top three most voted figures.
It is known that this survey was conducted in the period from 16 to 11 December 2021 to respondents of Indonesian citizens who were 17 years old or older, or were already married when the survey was conducted.
The survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with 1,220 randomly selected respondents. The margin of error for this survey is estimated at around 2.9 percent and the survey confidence level is 95 percent.
