Army Chief Of Staff Dudung Invites Soldiers And Community 'Let's Have A Coffee All', Said Didu: It's Better To Sing In Cassava Gardens
JAKARTA - Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) General Dudung Abdurrachman invites the public, including the defendant, not to forget to drink coffee. He conveyed this invitation through the song 'Let's Drink All'.
In a video circulating in the community and uploaded to the Istana Berita YouTube, Dudung, who appears to be wearing a green bomber jacket, seems to be dancing and singing. Behind him was a line of soldiers wearing white collared shirts.
In the song, he invites all walks of life, including the defendants, to drink coffee. Because coffee is a favorite of Indonesian people.
"The president has coffee, the governor has coffee, the sub-district head has coffee, the RT RW also has coffee," said Dudung's lyrics in the video.
"The judge has coffee, the prosecutor has coffee, the lawyer has coffee, the defendant also has coffee."
"Who is the person from where they come from, everyone likes coffee. Whatever the job, wherever the place is, let's all have coffee," said Dudung.
This video was then responded to by various netizens including a public policy observer who is also the former Secretary of the Ministry of SOEs, Muhammad Said Didu. Through his Twitter account, @msaid_didu, Said Didu gave a brief, sarcastic response to the Army Chief of Staff Dudung.
"It's even better if you sing it in the cassava garden," Didu tweeted, quoted on Sunday, January 9.
In his tweet, Said Didu responded to news from online media entitled, 'Dudung Releases Video Clip "Let's Drink", Observer: Soldier's Reputation Could Drop"
Said Didu's tweet provoked various comments from netizens.
"Watch out, Om, later the Bintang label will be brought to your house," wrote one wargenet.
"They say Humans are free, why are they bothered by news like this... Weird," quipped the @bangkri**** account to Said Didu.
