Turns Out, There Was A Toddler And Two Other Children Who Became Victims Of The Pesing Cengkareng Flyover Accident
JAKARTA – The accident at the Pesing flyover, Cengkareng, West Jakarta made Jakarta residents excited. Because the incident was unexpected, there was a motorbike rider who could fall from a height of approximately 12 meters, while the victim's motorbike was still on the flyover. And the terrible thing is, there is a toddler who also became a victim in the accident.
Based on the video received by the editor, one of the residents perpetuated the accident with great concern. ARS, the Scoopy motorbike rider who fell was in the middle of an evacuation. While on the flyover, a mother is seen holding her child who is estimated to be under five years old (toddler) along with two other children, a boy and a girl sitting on the asphalt.
In the video, the faces of the mother and her three children are seen in shock over the incident.
"Mom, mom, are you okay? Grandpa, how's your grandpa? Grandfather or not? Isn't it his mother? Thank God… Alhamdulillah.” asked the man who shot the video.
It is strongly suspected that the mother with the green hijab and her three underage children were also victims of the deadly Nissan car crash on the Pesing Flyover. Luckily the four of them were not seriously injured.
As previously reported, a white Nissan March with the number B 1826 VCC driven by a driver with the initials AND hit three Honda Revo motorcycle riders with the number B 4745 FCW, Yamaha Fino and Yamaha Vixion on Jalan Daan Mogot, Pesing, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
The Yamaha Fino rider with the initials ARS suffered injuries to his right hand and right leg. He was treated at the Kedoya Hospital because he bounced and fell from the flyover.
Head of Traffic and Traffic Unit of West Jakarta Metro Police AKP Hartono said the driver of the car with the initials AND drove from Jalan Daan Mogot Pesing flyover to the east. Then the car swerved to the right and hit the road divider until the car changed lanes and hit a Honda Revo motorcyclist with the initials MUC and two other motorcycles.
"Two motorcyclists were injured, while the driver with the initials ARS fell under the flyover. ARS suffered injuries to his right leg and right hand. ARS was taken to Kedoya Hospital," he told reporters, Friday, January 7.
