Mayor Of Medan Targets KPM Social Assistance Distribution To Be Completed In 4 Days
MEDAN - Mayor of Medan, North Sumatra, Bobby Nasution targets the distribution of social assistance (bansos) for each beneficiary family (KPM) to be completed within four days.
"I ask for the distribution of KPM assistance to be completed in four days," said Bobby Nasution after reviewing the distribution of KPM assistance at the Mabar Village Office, Medan, quoted by Antara, Thursday, January 6.
Bobby Nasution asked all officers to serve the community in receiving KPM social assistance properly and actively ask and assist city residents to get clear information.
"Officers must be ready and alert to provide services, especially for the elderly and people with special needs. Services must be carried out quickly and well," he said.
Moreover, Bobby continued, this continued KPM social assistance has not been distributed in 2021, so early this month it must be completed immediately, considering that there are still around 8,000 Medan City residents who have not received assistance.
Bobby Nasution also said that the recipients of the PKM social assistance program from the Ministry of Social Affairs implemented restrictions on community activities (PPKM) and recorded whether the people who attended had been vaccinated.
The KPM Social Assistance is an assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs for communities affected by PPKM with each head of the family receiving IDR 1.2 million in cash.
"I ask the village officials, if there are residents who have limitations to come here, then come to their homes. Also do vaccination data collection. We have to pick up the ball, because this place we prepare vaccination officers," said Bobby.
