Sleigh Falls While Reviewing Candidates For Formula E Circuit, PSI Faction DPRD: The Land Is Still Very Raw
JAKARTA - Member of the PSI faction of the DKI DPRD, Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo, explained the reason why PSI DPP General Chair Giring Ganesha could fall into the trap of reviewing a candidate for the Formula E circuit in Ancol.
When he visited with Giring, Anggara admitted that the soil structure at the location was still wet. The drop in Giring's foot proved that circuit cultivation took a long time.
"From the naked eye, it's still very raw, right, because the soil needs strengthening, strengthening the soil takes time, right," Anggara said when contacted, Thursday, January 6.
Anggara explained that the reason for Giring's direct review was because he was the general chairman of a political party that had representatives in the Kebon Sirih parliament. After all, Giring is also a resident of Jakarta.
"So, I think it's a natural and normal thing because the issue of Formula E has a very big impact, right. It's people's money for which until today it's not clear what the accountability is like," said Anggara.
It was previously known that Giring Ganesha together with PSI DPRD faction member Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo and Head of DKI Jakarta PSI DPW Michael Victor Sianipar inspected the location of the candidate for the Formula E circuit.
While walking around, Giring recorded a video showing himself on a stretch of vacant land that will be used as the circuit for the electric car racing event.
Observation of Giring, the location is soft soil partly overgrown with grass. Piles of mangrove roots are also visible at some points. Giring also saw the goats looking for food.
While still holding the cellphone to record video, suddenly the sleigh's foot fell into the wet ground. He seemed to have a hard time getting his legs out. Until finally, he managed to get out of the "suction" of the mud with the help of others.
