Complete Dossier, Nia Daniaty Olivia Nathania's Child Will Be Tried Soon
JAKARTA - The Polda Metro Jaya said that the former case of the alleged fraud case with the mode of recruiting civil servant candidates (CPNS) by Olivia Nathania had been declared complete or P21. Investigators will in the near future carry out a second phase delegation related to the case.
"The DKI Attorney General's Office has stated that the case file (Olivia Nathania, ed) is complete or P21," said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes E. Zulpan, to reporters, Thursday, January 6.
The second stage transfer means that Olivia Nathania alias Oi as a suspect in this case will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office. In the near future, the child from Nia Daniaty will undergo trial.
"Based on Articles 8 and 138 and 139 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the next step will be the handover of responsibility, namely the surrender of the suspect and evidence to the prosecutor's office to be transferred to the court from the prosecutor's office to be scheduled in connection with the trial," said Zulpan.
However, regarding the timing of the second phase of the delegation, Zulpan could not say yet.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya investigators detained singer Nia Daniaty's son, Olivia Nathania, after completing an examination as a suspect in CPNS recruitment fraud.
The determination of the suspect's status was carried out on November 11, 2021, after going through the case process and the police found that there was a criminal element.
Olivia was reported to Polda Metro Jaya on September 23, 2021 on charges of embezzlement, fraud, and falsification of letters against 225 people with a total loss estimated at Rp9.7 billion.
