Members Of DPRD And Head Of Depok Transportation Agency Become Land Mafia Suspects
JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has named four suspects in the land mafia case in Sawangan, Depok. Where, two of them are the Head of the Depok City Transportation Service (Dishub), Eko Herwiyanto and a member of the Depok City DPRD, Nurdin Al Ardisoma.
"That's right (the suspect has been named)," said the Director of General Crimes at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Brigadier General Andi Rian, to VOI, Wednesday, January 5.
Although they have been named as suspects, they have not been arrested or detained. Because, the follow-up of the new investigator will call for an examination.
However, Andi did not specify when the suspects would be questioned. The reason is that investigators will schedule it in the near future.
"Not yet (detained, ed) further investigation will be carried out as a suspect," said Andi.
In this case, the suspects are charged with Article 263 of the Criminal Code, Article 266 of the Criminal Code, Article 378 of the Criminal Code, Article 372 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
