Netflix Confirms Girl From Nowhere Season Two With Nanno Teaser

JAKARTA - A mysterious teaser was uploaded by Netflix on Monday, August 24 yesterday. The video shows a female student staring out the classroom window and briefly staring at the camera screen.

He said, “Thank you for letting me come back. I promise not to disappoint again. " with his gaze.

The video also confirms Netflix's return for Girl From Nowhere for a second season. Girl From Nowhere is a Thai Netflix series that has recently become a topic of conversation among the public.

Aired in 2018, Girl From Nowhere tells of a woman named Nanno (Chicha Amatayakul), a transfer student who enters a new school. At his new school, he witnesses all the cruelty and hypocrisy that takes place from bullying to student secrets.

In the second season, Girl From Nowhere will continue the story of Nanno, who reveals the cruelty. Reportedly, production for the new season is being carried out in Bangkok.

Girl From Nowhere is an adaptation of 13 true stories that happened to female students in Thailand. The whole story is then assembled so that it can become a single unit that can be enjoyed.

The success of Girl From Nowhere proves that Thailand has the potential to make entertainment products that can penetrate the international market. Without romance, Girl From Nowhere is firmly dominating with the thriller genre.

It was still directed by Komgrit Triwimol and written by Aticha Tanthanawigrai. The series will again feature Chicha Amayatakul. Meanwhile, Netflix has yet to announce a release date for the second season of Girl From Nowhere.
