The Perpetrator Of The Murder Of A Businessman In Kelapa Gading: Is This Money Halal Or Not?

JAKARTA - The origin of the Rp200 million in cash from Nur Lutfiah alias NL, the mastermind of the murder of shipping boss Sugianto (51) at Ruko Royal Gading Square, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta is still unclear. So far, Nur Lutfiah admitted that the money was his personal property.

However, one of Dikky Mahfud's executors questioned the origin of this money. This was revealed when the police conducted a re-investigation which was also attended by Mahfud, Syahrul, Rosidi, Junaedi, and Dedi.

The money was handed over at Maman's house on Friday, August 14. The money was given after they killed Sugianto by shooting.

"Scene 33 B, took place at the house, Maman, Junaedi, Rosidi, Mahfud, Syahrul and Dedi. The suspect Maman handed over Rp100 million to the suspect Mahfud," said a police officer to reporters, Tuesday, August 25.

Then, in scene 33 C, the suspect Mahfud questioned Maman whether the money was lawful or not. In fact, Mahfud had refused to accept the money.

"Suspect Mahfud asked the suspect Maman," Is this halal or not? If it's not lawful I don't accept it. Then, the suspect Maman answered "halal", "he said.

Furthermore, Maman said that the remaining payment would be given by Junaedi. After receiving the money, Mahfud then distributed it to the other suspects.

"Scene 33 D. The suspect Mahfud gave Maman Rp. 20 million, Syahrul Rp. 20 million, Rosidi Rp. 10 million, Junaedi Rp. 10 million," he said.

In this case, 12 people were named as suspects in the shooting case of shipping businessman Sugianto in Roko Royal Gading, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. Sugianto was shot dead five times.

The suspect in the mastermind of the murder, NL is known to have worked as a financial administration employee at the Sugianto company since 2012. As well as being hurt by Sugianto's scolding and having sex with him, NL is also suspected of being involved in tax issues and was threatened with being reported to the police.
