1,300 Teachers In Tangerang City Undergo PCR Test, Health Office Prepares Houses For Isolation

BANTEN - The Tangerang Banten City Health Office has prepared early mitigation in the form of tracing to the Concentrated Isolation House (RIT) if a positive case of COVID-19 is found from the results of the PCR test to 1,300 teachers.

"If a positive teacher is found, then tracing the environment will immediately be carried out, including at the school. Furthermore, the healing stage is carried out as it should, starting from medicines to RIT that are already available," said Head of the Health Service, Dini Anggraeni in a statement. received in Tangerang, Antara, Tuesday, January 4.

He revealed that this program is an anticipatory step after the Christmas and New Year celebrations and supports the Education Office which has implemented PTM with a limited capacity of 100 percent.

"We hold it in every sub-district, all school principals, teachers or educators come in turn to be swab. Hopefully, there will be nothing positive, so that the world of education can run smoothly as expected by all parties," he said.

He explained active surveillance in the school environment as a step to find COVID-19 cases. So, as early as possible cases are found, cure, prevention of wider spread.
