Lawsuit For Gaga Muhammad: 4.5 Years In Prison And Additional 2 Months If You Can't Pay A Fine Of IDR 10 Million
JAKARTA - The defendant Gaga Muhammad was sentenced to four years and six months in prison in a trial with the agenda of reading the demands held at the East Jakarta District Court.
The Public Prosecutor (JPU) also demanded that the owner of the real name Gaung Sabda Alam Muhammad be fined Rp. 10 million.
"Imposing a prison sentence of four years and six months and a fine of Rp. 10 million if the fine is not paid, the imprisonment is increased by two months," said Handri DW as the Public Prosecutor in his indictment, Tuesday, January 4.
In addition, the public prosecutor also asked for a driver's license (SIM) A belonging to Gaga to be returned.
Gaga Muhammad surrendered completely to the legal team and asked for a week to prepare a plea or a memorandum of defense.
Gaga Muhammad's follow-up trial is planned to be held again at the East Jakarta District Court (Jaktim) on January 10, 2022 with the agenda of reading a plea or defense from the defendant.
Gaga Muhammad was charged with Article 310 paragraph 3 of the Law on Road Traffic and Transportation.
Gaga was charged with an accident that caused Laura Anna to suffer a "spinal cord injury" in December 2019.
