Shooting Contact In Poso, Central Sulawesi, DPO Suspected Of Being Shot Dead By Ahmad Gazali

PALU - The Madago Raya Operations Task Force resumed armed contact with the East Indonesia Mujahidin (MIT) terrorist group in Poso, Central Sulawesi, and reportedly shot and killed one of them, who was on the wanted list.

However, it is not yet known for sure when the gunfight took place, although it was reported that one of the DPOs, suspected to be Ahmad Panjang alias Ahmad Gazali, had been shot and killed.

According to him, the head of the Central Sulawesi Police is still heading to the scene and will soon give a press statement about it.
