More Easy And Practical, Here's How To Check And Pay PLN Electricity Bills

JAKARTA - Postpaid PLN customers can now check and pay monthly electricity independently and easily at the beginning of the month.

PLN Executive Vice President Corporate Communications and CSR Agung Murdifi explained that payments at the beginning of the month made it easier for customers to enjoy electricity facilities.

Because, if you are late in paying, the customer will be subject to a fine and the electricity connection may be cut off. Then how to check electricity bills for postpaid customers?

"Customers now no longer need to wait for PLN officers to send bills manually. Customers can directly access PLN Mobile to check electricity bills that must be paid," said Agung.

First, customers need to download the PLN Mobile application on their smartphone. After successfully installing the PLN Mobile application then login. If you don't have an account, select "Register" then fill in your full name, Customer ID or meter number, location, mobile number, active email, and password.

After logging into the account dashboard, select the "Information" tab located on the front page. Click "Information of Electricity Bills and Tokens" and the system will display the electricity bill and the amount used as well as the billing history.

Meanwhile, to make payments, Agung explained, there are at least three menu options that can be used to make bill payments or buy electricity tokens.

First Option

1. Select the "Electricity" menu

2. Select the Mop ID for which the electricity bill payment process will be carried out, or

3. Go to the "Notifications" menu (for postpaid subscriber IDs that have been registered on the PLN Mobile account).

Second Option

1. Select the “Token and Payment” Menu

3. Enter the customer ID number for which payment will be made (if it is not registered on the PLN Mobile account), or

3. Select the customer ID for which payment will be made (if already registered on the PLN Mobile account)

Third Option

Heading to the "Notification" feature, if the customer has registered a Customer ID on PLN Mobile, a notification will appear, including one of the Electric Bills (Post-Paid). After that, the customer will be directed to make a payment. Here's how:

- A list of bills will appear, select the issued bill, select "SELECT BILLING"

- Bill details will appear select "CONTINUE PAYMENT"

- A payment page appears, Customers can choose a payment method by selecting "CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD". If you have chosen a payment method, select "PAY"

- The Payment Deadline will appear, complete the payment, when it is finished, select "VIEW MY TRANSACTION", it will be connected to the transaction history page.

- The customer will receive a notification on his cellphone as shown above.

Agung said, PLN continues to innovate to make it easier for customers to get electricity facilities.

"Therefore, PLN customers who don't have PLN Mobile can immediately download it for free via the PlayStore or AppStore to get the latest electricity information and services," concluded Agung.
