The Summons Was Not Responded To, The Papuan PON Billiards Coach Who Was Manipulated Reported Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi To The North Sumatra Police
MEDAN - The billiards coach for the Papua PON, Khairuddin Aritonang or Choki, reported that the North Sumatran Governor (Gubsu) Edy Rahmayadi had turned his ear to the North Sumatra Police. Governor Edy was reported for not responding to Choki's summons.
In the letter numbered STTLP/03/1/2022/SPKT/Polda of North Sumatra, Choki reported Gubsu Edy on suspicion of committing a crime under Article 310 in conjunction with Article 315 of the Criminal Code. In this case, Coki hopes that the police will immediately investigate the report.
"Actually, I hope that it will be processed properly, so that this creates a sense of justice for me," Choki told reporters after reporting on Monday, January 3.
However, Choki still opened the door for forgiveness to Governor Edy Rahmayadi.
"God willing, until now it is still open, if he is present I will make sure to accept an apology," he continued.
But the coach of the North Sumatra billiards sport warned that Governor Edy would apologize publicly.
"The conditions are open, call my friends in the media, my lawyer friends, other friends and see the public. I don't want it to be closed, just shake hands together," he said.
Meanwhile, Choki's lawyer, Teguh Syuhada, said the report was filed after previously giving a subpoena to Governor Ed to apologize. However, the former Commander of Kostrad did not respond to the subpoena.
"Therefore, our follow-up is to report the incident," he said.
Meanwhile, Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi had previously responded to the usual plan for reporting Choki that he had brought to the police.
"What do you want to report, the report has conditions," said Gubsu Edy, Thursday, December 30.
However, Governor Edy did not want to talk too much about his problems with Choki. Governor Edy Rahmayadi joked that if Choki really reported him to the police, the reporters would defend him.
Previously, the video of Governor Edy's action expelling the pool coach Contingent from North Sumatra was widely circulated. In the 2 minutes and 59 second video, Governor Edy is seen giving a speech.
Governor Edy called Choki for not joining in the applause. Choki stood up from his chair and stepped forward.
"What athlete are you?" asked Edy.
Choki then replies that he's a pool coach. "Not suitable to be this coach," said Governor Edy.
Then, Governor Edy also pinched the coach's ear. The action of the number one person in North Sumatra was greeted with laughter from those present at the event.
Judged to embarrass himself, Choki got off the podium and left Governor Edy. Governor Edy Rahmayadi suddenly became emotional.
"It's done, go home. You don't have to use it anymore. You go out right away. You don't have to be here anymore," said Governor Edy curtly.
