So we know how they take care of themselves and respect their work. But it's okay, the important thing is halal!" chirping the account.

Actually, is it wrong for Hansamu Yama's favorite food menu? According to nutritionist Irtya Qiyamullail, soccer players need sufficient protein and carbohydrates.
"The percentages of nutrition are as follows: 50-60 percent carbohydrates, 12-15 percent protein and 30-35 percent fat," he told VOI, Monday, August 24.
"Apart from that, the adequacy of fluids also needs to be considered to maintain athlete performance and avoid dehydration. The recommended intake is 150-250 ml per 15-20 minutes for rehydration of athletes," he added.
For this reason, he suggested that food that athletes should consume is food that is in accordance with the percentage requirement of nutritional intake for athletes in the game.
He also appealed to athletes, especially football, to avoid consuming excessive food, which is not according to their needs.
Regarding Hansamu's favorite food menu, Irtya considered that athletes could still consume it. However, there is something that must be considered.
"As long as you pay attention to the composition of the side dishes. For example, athletes eat heavily by eating rice (carbohydrates), don't add any more types of carbohydrates such as fried noodles. It is better if you add side dishes of animal protein and vegetable protein," explained Irtya.
In addition, he continued, in every meal an athlete must have vegetables. Soup vegetables are better because they can maintain adequate fluids for athletes.
Irtya then suggested, athletes avoid fried foods and should be limited to just once a week. He also revealed, if you want to eat fried foods, it would be better to make them yourself at home.
"Because what is dangerous is the use of the oil which is used repeatedly," said Irtya.
