JAKARTA - Head of the City Parks and Forest Service, Suzi Marsitawati, has been confirmed positive for COVID-19. This was confirmed by the Head of the DKI Chaidir Regional Civil Service Agency.
"Bu Suzi was positively exposed (COVID-19) from the results of the swab examination," said Chaidir when contacted, Monday, August 24.
Suzi, said Chaidir, was known to be positive for COVID-19 based on the results of his self-examination at Pelni Hospital this morning.
Currently, Suzi is reportedly doing self-isolation and working from home until he is declared cured of COVID-19.
"Now he is doing independent isolation," said Chaidir.
As a result, currently the City Park and Forestry Office of DKI is located at Jalan Apida KS. Tubun, Petamburan, Tanah Abang, was closed for three days.
During the closure, the Jakarta City Park and Forest Service Office was sprayed using a disinfectant to eliminate the corona virus that was spread in the building.
In fact, said Chaidir, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's office has implemented a COVID-19 prevention protocol. They have implemented a system of reducing the capacity of employees with offices by 50 percent and the rest work from home.
"However, at the moment we have conducted mass screening or examinations of employees or the public through swab , it is indicated that there are several things that have been tested positive," he added.
