Of the four people, three of them have been fired in mid-2021 and one person was fired at the end of the year through a dismissal ceremony on December 31, 2021 in the absence of the person concerned.
In addition, according to him, the four personnel have violated the code of ethics so that they can no longer be maintained in the ranks of the police.
"Before the dismissal was carried out, we had provided guidance to the person concerned. However, the coaching effort did not produce results. They continued to commit violations," he said.
Ferry also said that the PTDH ceremony was a manifestation and form of the commitment of the Police leadership in providing strict sanctions in the form of punishment for members who violated both discipline and the police code of ethics.
"The dismissal has been reviewed from the results of the trial of violations that have been carried out so far and can no longer be maintained as a member of the Police," he said.
He hopes that in the future all Solok City Police personnel will not have another ceremony like this in the future.
