Not Prabowo, Conglomerates Dato Tahir And Sandiaga Uno Are The Most Twisted Officials In Indonesia

JAKARTA - The names of members of the Presidential Advisory Council Dato Sri Tahir to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno are still in the top five richest state officials in Indonesia, based on the state administration wealth report (LHKPN) as of the end of 2021.

Then who is the richest state official?

1. Dato Sri Tahir

Dato Sri Tahir occupies the first position as the richest official today. This Wantimpres member and founder of the Mayapada Group is recorded to have a total wealth of IDR 7.74 trillion based on the 2020 LHKPN.

However, Sandi also has a debt of IDR 181,058,538,914 so that his assets become IDR 3,815,767,386,190.

In his LHKPN, Sandiaga reported his assets in the form of land and buildings worth Rp.208,944,126,444 spread over a number of areas in South Jakarta. In addition, he also owns buildings in the United States.

In addition to land and buildings, Sandiaga, who previously ran in the 2019 presidential election with Gerindra Party chairman Prabowo Subianto, also registered ownership of assets in the form of vehicles. He is noted to own two 2013 Nissan Grand Livina minibuses with a value of Rp. 95 million and a Nissan X-Trail worth Rp. 200 million.

Before being known as Menparekraf, Sandiaga Uno was a well-known businessman for establishing PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk in 1998 when the monetary crisis hit Indonesia. Sandiaga also owns PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika, which has two subsidiaries engaged in insurance, distribution, and the automotive industry and its derivatives.

Sandiaga is also known as the owner of PT Adaro Energy Tbk and also has a stake in Medco Power Indonesia. His name is increasingly known to the public when he nominates for Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta. He also briefly ran as a presidential candidate in the 2019 presidential election alongside Prabowo Subianto.

3. Arifin Panigoro
