Do Sincere And Sincere Work, 295 Recitation Teachers In Central Bangka Get Additional Incentives Of Rp500 Thousand

BANGKA - A total of 295 Koran teachers in Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, received additional incentive money of IDR 500 thousand per month.

"Incentives for Koran teachers are spread across all sub-districts, starting from 2022 we will add an additional IDR 500 thousand every month," said Central Bangka Regent Algafry Rahman in Koba as quoted by Antara, Thursday, December 30.

Algafry explained that the provision of incentives for Koran teachers was a form of the local government's commitment to strengthening development in the religious sector.

"This incentive is also a form of concern for the welfare of the Koran teachers, as well as a form of appreciation from us for their sincere and sincere work," he said.

The Regent said that the role and contribution of the Koran teacher was very large in supporting the evening and dawn prayer programs in congregation.

"They are also a very important part in spreading Islam and enlivening mosques and prayer rooms," he said.

The local government is very focused on increasing reliable human resources in the field of religion, so that a young generation of noble character is born.

"We want to produce human resources who are superior in religious knowledge and superior in technological knowledge," said Algafry Rahman.
