Witness in Monday's trial, December 27, Darius Hartawan said he handed over Rp2.1 billion in money to two people close to Azis Syamsuddin, namely Aliza Gunado and Edi Sujarwo, to administer the Central Lampung DAK. The money came from funds collected by the former Head of the Central Lampung Public Works Agency, Taufik Rahman.
But Aliza in the trial denied Darius Hartawan.

Based on Article 242 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) paragraph 1, it is stated that people who provide false information on oath are threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of 7 years.
Meanwhile, Article 35 of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption, it is stated that a witness who deliberately gives false information will be sentenced to a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 12 years in prison and/or a fine of at least Rp. 150 million and a maximum of Rp. IDR 600 million.
"It's not other matters that will be a problem for you, this is a heavier threat than the criminal act that was charged to the defendant. The most painful thing is when we know that we have been lied to, when all the statements from witness Darius and witness Taufik are wrong," added Judge Damis .
Judge Damis again asked Aliza to tell the truth.
"Everyone explained that they had met with you. There is one more thing that we have not examined in court, Aan. After we read his BAP at the investigation level, he knows you. That's the problem. yourself," said Judge Damis.
Aliza remained unmoved and stated that she did not know Darius Hartawan, Taufik Rahman and Aan Riyanto.

During the trial on Monday, December 30, former Head of the Central Lampung Highways Office, Taufik Rahman, revealed that he submitted the Central Lampung DAK proposal to Aliza. Next, Aliza will enter the DPR Banggar, where Azis Syamsuddin will be the Chair of the DPR Banggar in 2017.
However, the Regent of Central Lampung at that time, Mustafa, said that the closest person to Azis Syamsuddin was Edi Sujarwo, so Taufik met with Edi Sujarwo.
Furthermore, Taufik Rahman left for Jakarta on July 20, 2017 with the Section Head of the Central Lampung Highways Office Aan Riyanto, two Taufik staff named Indra Airlangga and Andre Kadarisman, owner of CV Tetayan Consultant Darius Hartawan and Edi Sujarwo.
