Position Of Firli Bahuri, Between The KPK And The Police
JAKARTA - Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Komjen Firli Bahuri, has been criticized for having multiple positions. He was also asked to comply with Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the KPK, related to its current position.

"Now I only focus on carrying out my duties as a commissioner of the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)," he said.

Head of the National Police's Public Information Bureau (Karopenmas) Brigadier General Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono said Firli Bahuri did not need to resign from the Police institution even though he was no longer serving at the Bhayangkara Corps.
"No, it's all there are rules. (Firli) is still a police officer," said Argo at Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Thursday, December 26.
Meanwhile, Vice President Ma'ruf Amin asked Firli Bahuri to comply with Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the KPK regarding its current position. According to Ma'ruf, it also needs to be seen whether the Corruption Eradication Commission Law allows or not for concurrent positions in the Police.
"Yes, we will see first what kind of position the position is. What position cannot be concurrently. We will see what kind of position it is. If I am not mistaken, the analyst is structural or not.
