Irony, Norwich Players Become Victims Of Racial Attacks By Their Own Supporters After Being Massacred By Palace
JAKARTA - A number of Norwich City players were victims of online racist attacks following a 3-0 loss at Crystal Palace, the Premier League club said the day after the match on Wednesday.
Through their official website, Norwich also condemned the alleged racial chants made by their supporters against Palace players at Selhurst Park Stadium, London.
"Such behavior is unacceptable for people who follow and support Norwich City," the club said in a statement.

Norwich said the club will continue to provide support to affected players, while urging social media service providers to ensure users are held accountable for this behavior and have reported the incident to Norfolk Police.
Norwich said the individual suspected of racially abusing Palace players had been identified and would continue the investigation.
"No player, member of this team or opponent, deserves to be the victim of such an attack," read a Norwich statement.
