Even then, the East Java Police immediately carried out a series of investigations. Bripda Randy Bagus, who is a member of the Pasuruan Police, was immediately investigated intensively.

On December 4, East Java Deputy Police Chief Brigadier General Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo gave a statement. It was said, in the suicide case, Bripda Randy did have a big role.

The results of the examination, Bripda Randy did have a lover's relationship with Novia. In fact, had sex.

"They are officially dating, then after dating they do a husband and wife act and it will take place from 2020 to 2021 in Malang, where boarding houses and hotels are in Malang," said Brigadier General Slamet.

During dating, it was revealed that Novia had had two bodies several times. But, on the orders of Brigadier Randy, Novia also aborted it.

"Then we also got evidence that the victim during the courtship until yesterday, October 2019 to December 2021, had an abortion together, which was carried out in March 2020, the second in August 2021," continued the Deputy Chief of the East Java Police.

So, on that basis, Bripda Randy was sentenced to criminal sanctions and professional ethics. He is considered to have violated the National Police Chief Regulation (Perkap) and 348 of the Criminal Code

"Internally, we will apply the provisions that regulate the Police, Perkap 14/2011 regarding the code of ethics article 7 and article 11," said Slamet.

"In general, we apply Article 348 of the Criminal Code (related to abortion, ed) in conjunction with Article 55. These are steps related to cases that befell our members," he continued.

Then, another problematic member of the Police, namely Aipda PDH. He went viral on social media because he asked the truck driver for onions in exchange for a ticket fine.

Brigadier General Yusri Yunus, who at that time served as the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, stated that the Aipda PDH action began when carrying out patrol duties around Soekarno-Hatta Airport on November 1.

Then, while on Jalan P2, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Aipda PDH saw a truck which he said had committed a violation. So the truck was stopped.

"The truck was from Sumatra (towards) Serang, BG plated, then stopped and checked the completeness of the documents from the truck driver," said Yusri

Upon inspection, there was indeed a violation. Because, the truck driver could not show the completeness of the documents related to the vehicle or luggage.

"Indeed, the driver didn't bring any papers," Yusri said briefly

That's when Aipda PDH ticketed the truck driver. However, there were negotiations between the two to 'make peace'.

So, Aipda PDH also asked for a sack of onions that was on the truck in exchange for a ticket fine.

As a result of this action, the Polda Metro Jaya immediately took action. The sanction given is a transfer as a Service Headquarters (Yanma) of the Polda Metro Jaya.

"Immediately revoked, withdrawn, transferred to Polda Metro Jaya as Bintara Yanma temporarily," said Yusri.

Furthermore, the problematic member of the Police is Ipda OS. He is a member of the traffic police (Polantas) Polda Metro Jaya.

His actions that tarnished the Polri institution were by shooting two people, Poltak Pasaribu and M. Aruan. Where, as a result of the gunfire, Poltak Pasaribu died.

The shooting began on Friday, December 26. At that time, the man with the initials O was driving from a hotel in the Sentul area, West Java to Jakarta.

However, during the trip O feels being followed by an unknown person. Where, that person is Poltak Pasaribu and M. Aruan.

In fear, O also contacted Ipda OS which is his partner. He who is on the toll road is directed to the Bintaro Toll Exit.

Arriving there, Ipda OS was also prepared to provide assistance to his colleague.

After O arrived at the location, they probably had a chance to talk about the problem. Until not long after, the two victims who were in the same car arrived at the scene.

Until finally, Ipda OS fired several shots. Where, two of them hit the victims.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan said that Ipda OS was forced to shoot. Because, the results of the examination, Ipda OS felt his life was threatened.

"Ipda OS is trying to defend itself, this is the recognition given," said Zulpan.

Ipda OS felt that his life was in danger because the two victims who were in the same car almost hit him. In fact, at that time Ipda OS had given a warning by firing into the air.

"Ipda OS fired a warning into the air. But it didn't matter, it was attacked, which means that this vehicle was trying to crash," said Zulpan.

One warning shot. Then, Ipda OS opened fire at the two victims.

Currently, Ipda OS is said to be still undergoing a series of examinations by the Professional and Security Sector (Propam). This examination is to determine professional ethical sanctions.

However, for the criminal process, Ipda OS has been named a suspect. He was charged with Article 351 and/or 359 of the Criminal Code. The penalty is 7 years in prison

Not too long ago, there were members of the Police who went viral because they had problems. He is Aipda Rudi Panjaitan.

This member of the Pulogadung Police Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) went viral because he had refused to report a robbery victim named Meta Kumala (32).

The viral action of Aipda Rudi Panjaitan began when Meta uploaded a video to social media. It contained the question of admitting that he had received unprofessional treatment from Aipda Rudi Panjaitan.

In fact, at that time, Meta wanted to make a report because he was a victim of a crime at the Pulogadung Police.

He became a victim of the tire burst mode theft that he experienced on Jalan Sunan Sedayu, Rawamangun, Pulogadung, East Jakarta.

However, in the reporting process, Meta received unpleasant treatment. The treatment in question was that Aipda Rudi Panjaitan had refused to report and made a statement that the reporting actually made it difficult for him.

The aftermath of this action angered the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General Fadil Imran. The two-star general stated that Aipda Rudi Panjaitan had hurt the hearts of the people. In fact, at that time the presence of the police as law enforcement officers was needed.

"There are members of the Pulogadung Police who are strange. People come to report instead of being served, but what happens actually hurts people's hearts," said Fadil.

In fact, Fadil, who looked angry, asked his staff to immediately give strict sanctions. Aipda Rudi Panjaitan will also be transferred to the regions.

"I ask for this in East Jakarta immediately, the Provos immediately conduct a disciplinary hearing for the mutation of the turn off area out of the Polda Metro Jaya," he said.

The order was actually carried out. The Propam Division of the Polda Metro Jaya immediately held a professional ethics session against Aipda Rudi Panjaditan.

As a result, Aipda Rudi Panjaitan was found guilty. He was given three sanctions, one of which was a transfer to a lower position or demotion.

"(Aipda Rudi) will be assigned to a different area which is demotional," said Zulpan.

During the demotion process, the Profession and Security Division (Propam) of the Polda Metro Jaya will write a letter to the National Police Headquarters. The letter contained recommendations for the transfer of Aipda Rudi's duties.

"Polda Metro Jaya will provide recommendations and proposals to the National Police Headquarters regarding the transfer in question," said Zulpan.

As for the other two sanctions, namely, ethical and administrative sanctions. The sanction was given because Aipda Rudi Panjaitan was considered to have violated the National Police Chief Regulation (Perkap).

"The verdict from the trial that has been carried out is to determine that Aipda Rudi Panjaitan is legally and convincingly proven to have violated the National Police Chief Regulation Number 19 of 2011," said Zulpan.

Finally, the member of the National Police who has had problems so far is the former Head of the Sepatan Police, AKP Oky Bekti Wibowo.

He was in trouble because he was involved in a case of drug abuse of methamphetamine. The disclosure of this case began during an examination during the 2021 Christmas security period. In which, members of the Sepatan Police of the Bripka RC were not found at the security post.

"So initially it was from a member of the Sepatan Police on behalf of Bripka RC during Christmas Eve security for church security who was assigned to the person traveling (Bripka RC, ed). The person concerned (Bripka RC) was not in the right place," said Zulpan.

The RC Brigadier General should have been on guard at the guard post at the Santa Maria Church, Jalan Daan Mogot, Tangerang City.

However, after searching for its whereabouts, it turned out that the RC Brigade Force was found somewhere. In fact, at that time he was not carrying out Christmas security duties.

"Then they were searched and investigated by the Tangerang City Propam, then they were found not in a state of duty. A urine test was carried out and it turned out to be positive," he said.

Furthermore, Propam developed the question of the use of narcotics by the Brigadier General RC. As a result, it was discovered that the case involved AKP Oky.

"Then the development was carried out, it turned out that the use of narcotics of methamphetamine also involved the Head of the Sepatan Police. So that an examination was carried out on the Kapolsek and it was proven that both members and the Kapolsek had been withdrawn to the Polda in a non-job position and in the context of examination and were detained," said Zulpan.

For his actions, AKP Oky Bekti Wibowo was removed from the position of the Sepatan Police Chief. Currently he has been transferred to Pama Yanma Polda Metro Jaya for examination.

The removal was stated in the Telegram Letter (ST) number ST/588/XII/KEP./2021.

Meanwhile, the position of the Sepatan Police Chief will be held by AKP Suyatno. He previously served as Deputy Kapolsek Karawaci.

However, in this case the imposition of sanctions is not just professional ethics. Because AKP Oky Bekti Wibowo will also be given criminal sanctions.

"Then regarding the violations committed, of course, in accordance with the commitment of the Police leadership, there is no tolerance for Polri members who use drugs," he said.

In giving criminal sanctions to AKP Oky must wait for the results of the examination of the Professional and Security Sector (Propam).

"This decisive action will not only stop at disciplinary action and the code of ethics. But it will also be continued to a further process. When there is a deeper connection, a general crime will also be imposed," said Zulpan.
