Dear Doddy Sudrajat, Listen To The Message From The National Commission For Child Protection: DNA Testing Is Not Appropriate
JAKARTA - Doddy Sudrajat visited the office of the National Commission for Child Protection accompanied by a team of attorneys to consult with the National Commission for Child Protection regarding the care of Vanessa Angel's son on Friday, December 24.
Doddy also expressed concern that Vanessa Angel's son was being exploited by Aunt Ardiansyah's family to get money. Doddy also admitted that he was hindered and made it difficult to meet Gala.
At that time, Arist Merdeka Sirait as the General Chair of the National Commission for Child Protection said he would study the case and visit Faisal's family who are currently taking care of Gala.
Wednesday, December 29, Arist gave a statement to the media regarding Doddy's visit. "For the sake of Gala, let him live where he is calm and can grow and develop well. Therefore, all parties around the Gala must support so that Gala gets the attention of the families of both parties," he said.
Apparently, Doddy also expressed his desire to do a DNA test. That's why Arist suggested that Doddy not do it.
"This Gala is an orphan who needs attention. So if you want a DNA test just to find out who the parents of Gala are, I don't think it should be discussed," he said.
Finally, Arist Merdeka Sirait said that there should be no struggle for custody by Doddy Sudrajat. "Let Gala receive affection from the people around the Gala. In the best interests of the child, let's pay attention to Gala from both sides of the family. Let her grow and develop where Gala is currently," he concluded.
