Anies Integrates Resident Documents With Religious Courts To Places Of Worship

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has collaborated on the integration of population documents and civil registration services with five parties.

The collaborating parties include the Religious High Court, the Indonesian Bethel Church of the Kosambi Baru Congregation, the Indonesian Confucian Religion High Council (MATAKIN); PT. Children of the Nation Package (Gosend), as well as Pondok Indah Hospital.

In signing the cooperation, DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan said this was a form of commitment from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in implementing Presidential Regulation Number 96 of 2018 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Population Registration and Civil Registration.

"The mandate is to support the policy of facilitating population registration and civil registration services, coordinating and collaborating with relevant agencies," said Anies at City Hall, Wednesday, December 29.

Anies said the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on accelerating the era of information technology which changed people's perspectives and behavior. Therefore, the ranks of the DKI Provincial Government, continued Anies, need to adapt to this change, including in providing public services in the field of population administration.

"From what initially still relied on manual services, it became an online-based service. From those that originally ran sectoral services, it became an integrated service between sectors. The development of this integrated population document service will continue to be carried out in order to create services that make Jakarta residents happy and prosperous," said Anies.

For information, the integrated population document services provided from this collaboration include:

1) Religious Courts: a. Service for changing KK and electronic ID cards after receiving a divorce decision that is legally binding; b. Services for changing birth certificates and MCH after obtaining the determination of child adoption, origin of the child and marriage isbat.

2) Integrated service of residence documents with Church/Vihara/Temple Management is a marriage registration service immediately after the blessing by religious leaders.

3) Integrated service of residence documents with Hospitals / Delivery Facilities is to ensure that all children born immediately receive NIK, KK, Birth Certificate, and MCH services. In addition, there are also facilities for BPJS Health membership registration, especially if the parents of the baby are BPJS PBI APBD participants.

In addition, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government also cooperates with various stakeholders such as PT Paket Anak Bangsa (GoSend) to provide services between population documents for residents, namely the ANDONG service (Direct document transfer). Furthermore, another alternative for retrieval of residence documents can also be done by using the document retrieval facility via a drive thru.

Meanwhile, residents who want to get complete information about population administration and civil registration or report NIK problems, can use the Djawara message service (Dukcapil Answering Warga).
