Social Minister Risma Asks PKH Recipients In Surabaya To Be Picked Up At Their Homes
SURABAYA - Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini asked residents who received social assistance in the form of the Family Hope Program (PKH) to be picked up at their respective homes when PKH was disbursed in Surabaya.
"Come on, Mr. Camat, the Lurah is divided into each sub-district and picked up one by one so they can receive it immediately," said Social Minister Tri Rismaharini when distributing cash PKH in Pakis Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya, quoted by Antara, Monday, December 27.
Social Minister Risma asked that the disbursement of social assistance to beneficiaries in all regions could be accelerated before December 31, 2021. For Surabaya, Social Minister Risma distributed cash PKH in Tambaksari District and Sawahan District.
Risma's request that PKH recipients be picked up at their respective homes was because at the time of PKH disbursement only 70 people were present. So, Risma immediately ordered the local regional apparatus to pick up all the social assistance recipients.
Responding to this, Deputy Mayor of Surabaya Armuji, who also came down, immediately called the prospective PKH recipients and immediately ordered his staff to send a traga car to help pick up the residents.
"Please immediately send two units to help pick up PKH recipients rather quickly," he said.
Some time later, the prospective recipients who arrived were immediately verified for file verification to be submitted to the passbook and ATM to be able to take care of the disbursement at the bank outlets that had been provided.
PKH social assistance is only given to families registered in the Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS) and according to the category of PKH recipients according to the Ministry of Social Affairs.
There is also the amount of PKH assistance given in 2021, namely pregnant women receive Rp. 3,000,000 per year, early childhood children up to 6 years old receive Rp. 3,000,000 per year, and education for Elementary/Equivalent Children receives Rp. 900,000 per year.
Junior high school/equivalent children receive Rp.1,500,000 per year for education, SMA/equivalent children receive Rp.2,000,000 per year, people with severe disabilities receive Rp. 2,400,000 per year.
