Robbery Case Rejected By Aipda Rudi Panjaitan Revealed, 3 Suspects Arrested And Loss Of IDR 7 Million
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya arrested three suspects in a robbery case. In which, this case was a report of Meta Kumalasari which had gone viral on social media because it was rejected by Aipda Rudi Panjaitan.
"This case went viral a while ago. The victim, Meta Kumalasari, said the Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya, Kombes E. Zulpan, to reporters, Monday, December 27.
The three suspects had the initials BI alias KAI (31), AHN (40), and RW alias Waris (43). They were arrested on December 20 to 22.
In this robbery, the three perpetrators grabbed the victim's bag. Where, the bag contains cash worth Rp. 7 million.
"From the incident that the victim suffered a loss, the victim's bag was taken by one of the perpetrators, the bag containing IDR 7 million was taken away," said Zulpan.
Although they have arrested three perpetrators, continued Zulpan, investigators are still hunting for two other people. Because, the results of the examination and investigation while the suspects in the case amounted to 5 people.
"These two people are in pursuit, we already know their position," said Zulpan.
The three suspects who have been arrested are suspected of under Article 363 of the Criminal Code. Thus, the sentence is imprisonment for 7 years.
Aipda Rudi Panjaitan, a member of the SPKT Pulogadung Police, has been sanctioned for refusing to accept reports of robbery victims.
The three witnesses ranged from administrative, ethical, to mutations in the context of demotion.
Aipda Rudi Panjaitan's refusal began when a woman named Meta Kumala (32) made a confession video that went viral on social media.
The video tells about Apida Rudi Panjaitan's unprofessional attitude. In fact, at that time, Meta wanted to make a report because he was a victim of a crime at the Pulogadung Police.
He became a victim of the tire burst mode theft he experienced on Jalan Sunan Sedayu, Rawamangun, Pulogadung, East Jakarta.
It's just that, in the reporting process, Meta gets unpleasant treatment. The treatment in question was that Aipda Rudi Panjaitan had refused to report and made a statement that the reporting actually made it difficult for him.
