Three members of the Indonesian Army who were involved in the crash in Nagreg, Bandung Regency, West Java, were suspected of disposing of the victim's body and deserved to be fired.

According to Dudung, what the three members of the Army had done was out of bounds. The incident resulted in two deaths, namely Handi (16) and Salsabila (14).

"I think this deserves (to be fired) because what he did was beyond the limits of humanity," said Dudung at the victim's residence in Limbangan, Bandung Regency, West Java, Antara, Monday, December 27.

Dudung said the three individuals, namely Colonel P, Koptu DA, and Kopda A had been detained at Pomdam Jaya after being transferred from their original unit.

Even so, according to Dudung, his party will wait for the decision from the military court before dismissing the perpetrators of Handi and Salsa's collision.

"If the military court's decision is accompanied by a criminal dismissal, then I as the Army Chief of Staff will adjust it and will take care of the administration for the dismissal," he said.

Previously, a collision involving Handi and Salsabila, as well as three members of the Indonesian Army, occurred on December 8, 2021. After the incident, the victims were allegedly taken by the three TNI personnel and disappeared mysteriously.

Then on December 11, 2021, the bodies of two victims were found in the Serayu River in Central Java. After being found, the bodies of the victims were returned to their families and buried.
