Repower Asia Collaborates With Yusuf Mansur, Aiming For Repeated Income Potential To Reach Rp3.6 Trillion
JAKARTA - PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (REAL) is targeting to be able to record recurring income of up to IDR 3.6 trillion per year through collaboration with Ustaz Yusuf Mansur.
The property issuer is collaborating with the Daarul Qur'an Mandiri Foundation which is affiliated with Ustadz Yusuf Mansyur. The Director of Repower Asia Indonesia said the company is still in the process of developing a mixed-used Islamic boarding school apartment project in collaboration with the Daarul Qur'an Mandiri Foundation in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, which is part of the REAL educational property project.
The project carries the concept of green construction and has supporting facilities for the needs of students who are studying. According to him, the company will have the potential for recurring income of around IDR 40 billion per year from apartment rentals.
REAL plans to develop these patterns and concepts for the development of Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding Schools throughout Indonesia in the future with a target of 100,000 students per year. That way, the fixed income is around IDR 300 billion every month or around IDR 3.6 trillion per year.
"Repower made a big leap in the property sector with a combination of breakthrough developments in green projects, educational properties, and digital properties. Repower is also eyeing to enter the data center business which will be part of digital property development by converting its office building assets in Jakarta and surrounding areas to start operating in 2022.
Based on Structure Research data, the projected data center growth in Indonesia in the 2020-2025 period will reach 23.5 percent per year. In 2025, its market size is estimated to reach 618.6 million US dollars.
With a fairly high market share, Repower will combine these properties and data centers into digital properties. In 2022, Repower targets marketing sales of IDR 100.81 billion.
