Attorney General For Mutations Kajati West Sumatra And West Papua

JAKARTA - Attorney General ST Burhanuddin transferred the Head of the High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) for West Sumatra and West Papua. Their transfer was not related to punishment or dismissal due to a case.

"This is different from dismissal due to disciplinary punishment, the person concerned still has the same opportunity to be transferred again to an administrative or high position," said the Head of the Information and Legal Center (Kapuspenkum) AGO, Hari Setiyono to VOI, Friday, August 21. .

The mutations of the two Attorneys were carried out based on the Decree of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia number 172 in 2020, dated 19 August. Mutations are also carried out in the context of a diagonal career pattern in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Regulation Number 11 of 2019 concerning Career Management for Public Prosecutors of the Republic of Indonesia.

"The reason is based on the needs of the organization and the assessment of the Civil Service Officer, in this case the Attorney General," said Hari.

With this mutation, Yusuf, who previously served as Kelapa Kejati West Papua, is currently serving as a functional prosecutor at the Indonesian Attorney's Office of Education and Training (Badiklat Kejaksaan RI).

Likewise Amran, who was previously the West Sumatra Attorney General's Office, is currently a functional prosecutor at the Indonesian Attorney General's Office of Education and Training (Badiklat Kejaksaan RI).

"No one has replaced the two positions. Currently, they still appoint wakajati as acting concurrently wakajati," said Hari.
