Puan Maharani's 16 Minute Moment At The Cathedral During Christmas Mass
JAKARTA - Chairman of the House of Representatives Puan Maharani visited the Jakarta Cathedral Church. Puan who was accompanied by the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo and the TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa ensured that the implementation of the health and security protocols was going well.
The lady and her entourage arrived at the Cathedral Church at around 17.33 WIB. Megawati Soekarnoputri's daughter went straight into the main room of the church.
For 16 minutes they were inside. Based on the information received, Puan gave a statement to the worshiping Christians.
Furthermore, Puan together with the National Police Chief and the TNI Commander immediately headed to the courtyard of the Cathedral Church.
"Come to this cathedral church to ensure that the first Christmas celebration that will be celebrated by Christians starting today until tomorrow can indeed run safely and smoothly as it should," said Puan to reporters, Friday, December 24.
"So that in doing worship the Christian community can feel comfortable and safe," he continued.
Puan said she came with the National Police Chief and the TNI Commander during her visit because the two leaders were responsible for security.
