Mesum Video Recorder 4 Junior High School Students In Buleleng Suspect's Friend, Police Are Still Looking For The Spreader

BULELENG - The Buleleng Police Team, Bali, is still conducting an investigation and looking for a video recorder of five children who had sexual intercourse together until the video went viral.

"The investigation is still ongoing and we are still looking for who is responsible at that time. And, later (it is known) that a case will be carried out," said Head of Public Relations of the Buleleng Police Iptu Gede Sumarjaya, Friday, December 24.

In this case, there are 6 witnesses including the suspect, a female victim and a student teacher.

"There are already six more witnesses who have been examined. The victim includes the alleged perpetrator and includes the host and includes the victim's friend and (the teacher)," he added.

According to Sumarjaya, the nasty video recorder was a friend of the suspect who was also a friend of the victim. But he was not involved in intercourse.

The video recorded, continued Sumarjaya, was informed to the teacher who was then examined as a witness.

"One of the perpetrators was recording. So they were just there. There was no telling them to record, it wasn't uploaded on social media, only the teacher was told. This one (a friend of the victim) who was not involved in recording, the aim is to provide information to his parents and teachers that his behavior is like this. That's what he means," he said.

"Yes, one of them (friends) was there, the victim's friend told the teacher. That's what they are looking for, where did the teacher get it from (the video)," continued Sumarjaya.

It was previously reported that the Buleleng, Bali Police had named four suspects in the juvenile video nasty case. The four suspects are teenage boys. This nasty video was done by 4 male students with a teenage girl as the victim.

"Four people have been named as suspects on December 15 yesterday," said Head of Public Relations of the Buleleng Police Iptu I Gede Sumarjaya when contacted, Tuesday, December 21.

The four children who were suspects were not detained. They are required to report on Mondays and Thursdays at the Buleleng Police Station.

"They are not detained because there is a guarantee from their parents in accordance with the juvenile justice system law. They can be obliged to report as long as there is a guarantee," he added.

Meanwhile, the victim's condition has improved. Victims undergo psychological assistance.

"The victim himself is healthy and well along with his parents and undergoing psychiatry (assistance)," said Sumarjaya.
