Two Teens Beaten By Police Officers In Jatinegara, Head Wounds Due To Blunt Objects

JAKARTA - Two unscrupulous members of the National Police were reported for the alleged abuse of two teenagers aged 15 and 18 in the Bidara Cina area, Jatinegara District. In the report, a brief description of the incident is explained as follows, "It is true that a criminal act of assault has occurred, which is suspected to have been carried out by the reported party (investigator). The chronology of the incident began on the day and date mentioned above. But a few minutes later, the perpetrator returned with the entourage and immediately approached the complainant and beat him together with a tool in the form of a black club, so that the complainant suffered injuries to his head, hands now, left right knee, and back. The report stated that the reported was suspected of Article 170 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) regarding beatings.
