The Man Lying In Denpasar Was Beaten At Karaoke

DENPASAR - A man named Agustinus was beaten by a number of people on Jalan Teuku Umar Barat, Denpasar, Bali. This commotion occurred when the victim and his friend were enjoying karaoke.

“There was a commotion which resulted in the beating of the victim. Currently receiving medical treatment at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar," said Denpasar Police Public Relations Officer Iptu I Ketut Sukadi, Thursday, December 23.

The incident occurred at Warung Belang Londre on the evening of Wednesday, December 22. The victim and his friend drank beer while karaoke.

After that came two guests, one of whom was cursing. The victim's companion approached the newly arrived guest. There was a quarrel.

Not long after, five more people came and they were beaten. The victim was beaten to the ground.

"For (the perpetrators of the beating) they are still being chased and have not been caught," said Sukadi.
