DKI Wins Top Digital Awards
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government won a number of Top Digital Awards 2021 from ItWorks magazine.
DKI Regional Secretary Marullah Matali, representing DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, said that the award was the result of collaboration and hard work of many parties.
"This is the result of working together with all levels so as to be able to build a good digital ecosystem within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. With this award, it is also a trigger for us to continue to work optimally to provide the best service for all residents of Jakarta," said Marullah when receiving the award, Tuesday, December 21.
The awards received by the DKI Provincial Government include Top Digital Implementation 2021 Level Stars 5 for DKI Provincial Government, then Top Digital Implementation 2021 Level Stars 4 for Bank DKI.
Then, Top Leader on Digital Implementation 2021 for DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, Top Leader on Digital Implementation for Bank DKI President Director Fidri Arnaldy.
Furthermore, Top CIO on Digital Implementation 2021 for the Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Communication, Information and Statistics Agency, Atika Nur Rahmania, Top Digital in Public Service & Smartcity Solution 2021 for the DKI Provincial Government, and Top IT Manager on Digital Implementation 2021 for the Head of BLUD Jakarta Smart. City, Yudhistira Nugraha.Â
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini revealed that the award was based on efforts to develop various digital products and services, including JakOne Mobile, which currently has 1.3 million users. In addition, Bank DKI is also supported by an e-channel network for various banking transaction purposes.
"In the future, we will continue to carry out various IT implementations to support overall operational and business improvements so that the goal of realizing a cashless ecosystem in DKI Jakarta can be achieved," said Herry.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Jakarta Smart City BLUD, Yudhistira Nugraha, also explained that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government continues to innovate in the field of digital technology. One of them is the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application which has been downloaded by 2.5 million users.
“There is also a Rapid Community Response (CRM) application that integrates complaint handling in Regional Apparatus Organizations. Until November 2021, there were 120,562 incoming reports and 98 percent of the incoming reports had been completed with an average completion time of 26 hours," Yudhistira explained.
