Bank DKI Wins Top Digital Awards 2021

JAKARTA - Bank DKI's consistency in developing digital banking won the Top Digital Implementation 2021 award #4 stars from ItWorks magazine at the 2021 Top Digital Awards. Bank DKI also received the Top Leader on Digital Implementation award which was given to the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy.

This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in a written statement in Jakarta, Tuesday, December 21. Furthermore, Herry explained that Bank DKI continues to develop various digital products and services, including JakOne Mobile, which currently has 1.3 million users and 17 thousand merchants.

In addition, Bank DKI is also supported by an e-channel network for various banking transaction purposes.

"Our IT development is based on Bank DKI's support for DKI Jakarta Provincial government programs, and presents solutions for banking needs for the community," he explained.

Currently, Bank DKI has a variety of digital products, including JakOne Mobile, JakCard, ATM & Debit Cards, EDC & MPOS, ATM, Cash Management System (CMS), JakOne Bill, and QRIS. Recently, Bank DKI launched JakOne Abank at Pasar Santa Jakarta, with the aim of encouraging the implementation of financial inclusion and expanding payment acceptance.

For information, Bank DKI has started a series of Transformation 5.0, including digitizing MSMEs by using JakOne Abank in all Pasar Jaya and Food Stations, digitizing multipurpose loan applications through Monas Express, and JakOne Community Apps such as JakSchool, JakOne Artri, JakOne Erte, and Bank DKI ecosystem development becomes an integrator for DKI Jakarta BUMD.
