Next Year, Jokowi Asks The Minister Of ATR/BPN To Distribute 20 Certificates Of Hold In Kaltara
TARAKAN - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) asked the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of BPN Sofyan Djalil to increase by 50 percent the number of land certificates handed over to the people of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) to 20 thousand certificates by 2022.
"I ask that for 2022, the Minister, in North Kalimantan Province, please increase it by 50 percent plus the target," said President Jokowi during the handing over of land certificates, as broadcast on YouTube by the Presidential Secretariat from Tarakan, Kaltara, Tuesday, December 21.
In 2021, the government will hand over 13,455 land certificates to people in Kaltara. Thus, the President requested an additional 50 percent to around 20,000 land certificates by 2022.
"This year, a total of one year. That means next year, about 20 thousand certificates. Do you agree?" said President Jokowi.
On that occasion, the President asked the line ministries and institutions to continue to accelerate the delivery of land certificates to the public.
In 2014, the President said that he had personally visited Kaltara using a helicopter. At that time, he gave orders to the ministers to immediately provide a certificate as the legality of land ownership to the community.
"So that people from outside suddenly come from outside, either from Jakarta, or from outside, they suddenly hold a cultivation right or certificate of ownership," said the President. Public. "I thank the Regional Office of the BPN (National Land Agency), the BPN offices in districts/cities that I heard are working hard to complete what is called a certificate. Also present at the handing over of land rights certificates to the community were Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Head of BPN and Spatial Planning Sofyan Djalil, Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Minister of Investment/Head of BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, Governor of North Kalimantan Zainal Arifin Paliwang, and the Mayor of Tarakan Khairul.
