Prokes Violation, Embassy Club SCBD Police Line, Security Arrested
JAKARTA - Members of the Polda Metro Jaya arrested one security officer at the Embassy Club, SCBD, South Jakarta for trying to obstruct officers during a health protocol raid (prokes).
"He prevented officers from carrying out control after closing hours according to the current PPKM situation, right from 00 to 12 at night," said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police Kombes Pol Endra Zulpan when confirmed in Jakarta, Sunday, December 19. .
The incident occurred when Polda Metro Jaya officers raided a nightclub on Saturday, December 18, evening until early Sunday.
The Embassy Club in SCBD was also one of the places the officers visited. When the officers tried to enter, one of the security forces tried to block the officers from entering.
Zulpan said security was trying to stop the officers because the club was still operating outside the specified hours.
"So he meant to block it because there were other visitors at the top," said Zulpan.
Because it was proven to have violated, the police also installed a police line at the location so that the club could not move for a while.
"It's already on the police line (police line). It's been closed and the police line is on," said Zulpan.
Until now, the police are still holding the security guard for further information.
