"Phase II was carried out with the suspect SDR from the investigative team in the prosecutor's team because all the contents of the completeness of the case file have been declared complete," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, to reporters, Saturday, December 18.
The delegation of suspects was carried out on Friday, December 17. With the second stage of the process, the bribery case will soon be tried.
"The prosecutor's team will immediately draw up an indictment and transfer the case file within 14 working days to the Corruption Court," said Ali.
"The trial is scheduled to be held at the Corruption Court at the Pekanbaru District Court," he continued.
In addition, while waiting for the trial process, the suspect Sudarso will undergo temporary detention at the KPK Rutan Pomdam Jaya Guntur branch.
"The next detention by the JLjaksa team will be for the next 20 days, starting from December 17, 2021 to January 5, 2022," said Ali.
As for the other suspect, Andi Putra, investigators decided to extend his detention period to collect evidence and guide the development of the case.
"The investigative team continues the detention period of suspect AP for the next 30 days starting from December 17, 2021 to January 16, 2022 at the KPK Detention Center in the Merah Putih building based on a decision from the Head of the Corruption Court at the Pekanbaru District Court," said Ali.
For information, in the alleged bribery case for the extension of the oil palm cultivation right (HGU) permit in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province, there were two suspects. They include Andi Putra and General Manager of PT Adimulia Agrolestari, Sudarso.
This allegation began when PT Adimulia Agrolestari applied for an extension of the Cultivation Right (HGU) starting in 2019 and ending in 2024.
The proposal stated that each company must build a partnership garden of at least 20 percent of the HGU in the Kuansing area. However, the company actually made it in Kampar Regency, not in Kuansing Regency.
Even so, Sudarso still submitted a letter of application to Andi to approve it. Furthermore, the agreement was reached with the provision of money twice, namely in September of Rp. 500 million and October of Rp. 200 million.
