Good News For Depok! Now With PPKM Level 1 Status Referring To The Ministry Of Home Affairs
JAKARTA - The Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs (Inmendagri) Number 67 of 2021 brings good news for the City of Depok. This satellite city of DKI Jakarta has the status of Level 1 Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM).
This Inmendagri was signed by the Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian on December 13, 2021, valid for the next three weeks until January 3, 2022.
"Alhamdulillah, Depok City has entered level 1, we should be grateful, but I remind residents to maintain health protocols," Deputy Mayor of Depok Imam Budi Hartono said in Depok, as reported by Antara.
In the Ministry of Home Affairs for the West Java region, Depok City is included in PPKM level 1 along with Sukabumi City, Cirebon City, Bogor City, Pangandaran Regency, Banjar City, and Bekasi Regency.
For PPKM Level 2 areas, namely Kuningan Regency, Bekasi City, Bandung City, Tasikmalaya Regency, Sukabumi Regency. Then, Purwakarta Regency, Majalengka Regency, Tasikmalaya City, Cimahi City, Karawang Regency, Indramayu Regency, Cirebon Regency.
Furthermore, PPKM level 2 by Cianjur Regency, Ciamis Regency, Bogor Regency, West Bandung Regency, Bandung Regency, Sumedang Regency, Subang Regency and Garut Regency.
The Inmendagri includes instructions from the President of the Republic of Indonesia to implement PPKM in accordance with the criteria for the level of the pandemic situation based on an assessment. And also to complete the implementation of PPKM which optimizes the COVID-19 Handling Command Post at the village and sub-district levels in order to control the spread of COVID-19.
