Three Women In South Sulawesi Become Suspects Of Smuggling Shabu From Malaysia, One Is 15 Years Old

One of the three women is 15 years old with the initials S alias Ina, while the other two suspects with the initials Rh and HP are adults, said Nunukan Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Ricky Hadiyanto in Nunukan, Thursday.
He said that the three women admitted that they were only couriers, where the three of them took action to pick up six kilograms of crystal methamphetamine in Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia to be brought to South Sulawesi.
Ricky revealed the results of the temporary examination of the three women only as couriers or orders by the dealer or the owner of the evidence and the customer who was in South Sulawesi.
Of the six kilograms of methamphetamine that was successfully uncovered, 25 were wrapped in transparent plastic with 50 grams each. In addition, the police also confiscated three cell phones belonging to the suspect.
Against these three women (suspects), investigators from the Nunukan Police Narcotics Unit alleged Article 114 paragraph 2 junto article 132 paragraph 1 subs article 112 paragraph 2 junto article 132 paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
"Here the perpetrator is threatened with the death penalty, life imprisonment or imprisonment for a minimum of six years and a maximum of 20 years," concluded the Nunukan Police Chief. economy.
