Viral Woman On Motorbike Hits Car On Medan Street, Police Check Turns Out To Be ODGJ

MEDAN - The action of women hitting cars on the streets of Medan City, North Sumatra, has gone viral. The incident occurred on Jalan Sisingamangaraja.

In the video circulating, it appears that a woman riding a motorbike suddenly hits a car that is at a traffic light intersection.

"This lady has been hitting people's cars. I swear it's annoying. I've also hit my car (hit it). This is a car, everyone doesn't know why they were hit," said the woman in the video.

In another video, he also appears to be trying to open another car door. After that the woman rode the motorcycle while standing.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Medan City Police, Iptu Asrol Ependi Rambe when confirmed confirmed the video. The police have checked this incident.

After an investigation, Iptu Asrol said the woman with the initials OL was a person with a mental disorder (ODGJ).

"For the mother (OL) that she is already in the Mental Hospital, it turns out that there is a mental disorder. Earlier the members had checked directly at the RSJ," Asrol said, Wednesday, December 15.

The police found out that the woman was a ODGJ status as evidenced by the documentation provided by the RSJ.

"The mother has also made an apology to the public regarding her son's behavior," said Iptu Asrol.

Iptu Asrol said that initially OL was treated at home, after that OL took his family's motorbike without his mother's knowledge. Because of this incident, OL was then admitted to the hospital.

"Initially not at the RSJ, but from his mother's statement (OL) there was indeed a mental disorder," he said.
