Gibran Symbolically Releases 100 Persis Solo Supporters Who Jointly Attend League 2 Spectator Trial In Bogor

JAKARTA - The Mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, released the departure of 100 Persis Solo supporters to the Pakansari Stadium, Bogor, as the first trial for spectators of the Indonesian League 2 round of 8 soccer match.

The supporters boarded four buses at the Surakarta City Hall, Central Java, Wednesday.

PSSI and the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) previously decided on a trial by allowing 100 supporters to enter the stadium from eight teams that competed in the last 8 of the Indonesian League 2 on December 15-22.

Gibran, who is the son of President Jokowi, released the departure of Persis Solo supporters from four elements of supporters, namely Pasoepati, Ultras, Surakatan, and Garis Keras.

The bus, which was rented to carry 100 Persis Solo supporters, was financed from the joint venture of the supporters. Gibran only dispatched symbolically.

All of these Persis Solo supporters have been vaccinated. Before entering the Pakansari Stadium, Bogor, they will be tested for antigen. Those who went to Bogor were only asked to pay Rp. 45,000 per person for the cost of the antigen test.

The Battle of Group X in the Round of 8 of the 2021 Indonesian League 2 between Persis and Rans Cilegon FC will take place at the Pakansari Stadium, Bogor tonight at 20.30 WIB.

The Group X team, which was held at the Pakansari Cibinong Stadium, Bogor, consisted of Persis, Persiba Balikpapan, Sriwijaya FC, and Rans Cilegon FC. Meanwhile, Group Y, which was held at Wibawa Mukti Stadium, Cikarang, Bekasi, included PSMS Medan, Dewa United FC, PSIM Yogyakarta, and North Sulawesi United.
