Tsunami Alert! Strong Earthquake Of 7.5 Magnitude Shakes South Sulawesi, NTB, NTT To Maluku

JAKARTA - An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.5 rocked the eastern part of Indonesia. The locations are in South Sulawesi, NTT, Southeast Sulawesi, NTB to Maluku.

Reporting from BMKG, Tuesday, December 14, this earthquake occurred at 10.20 WIB. With the epicenter of the earthquake depth of 12 km and a location 112 km northwest of Larantuka.

There have been no reports of casualties or damage.

However, the BMKG has released that this earthquake could potentially cause a tsunami wave.
